We use biodegradable and ecological herbicides and pesticides, measure and reduce water consumption benefiting from the latest technologies and considering the environment in the elaboration and bottling of wines. An extensive recycling program considering suppliers up to packaging materials, all for the benefit of our future generations.
HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed by analyzing and controlling biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement, and handling to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of the finished product. HACCP it's part of BRC program .
BRC v8: Is a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative)-recognized certification program. A product and process certification standard is known for compliance to industry best practices achieved by undertaking a third-party audit against Standard requirements by an accredited certification body.
SUSTAINABILITY: The Sustainability Code of the Chilean Winemaking Industry is a voluntary standard that guides winemaking companies in the challenge to work sustainably based on requirements in three complementary areas: vineyard, winery-bottling plant, and the social sector. Cremaschi FUrlotti was one of the first wineryes to promote this code and today its at the highest levels of apporval.
